These terms govern your use of the Zectora website and Zectora Rewards programme. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing the Zectora website (zectora.com) or using the Zectora Rewards programme, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Eligibility
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register for Zectora Rewards or use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Geographic availability
Zectora Rewards is currently available to residents of India only. Reward withdrawals are made to your registered Indian bank account. We may expand availability in the future.
Zectora Rewards Programme
How rewards work
Zectora Rewards allows end customers and applicators to earn ZR (Zectora Reward) credits by scanning QR codes printed on eligible Zectora products. Each QR code may be redeemed only once. Credits are added to your Zectora wallet upon successful verification.
Who can participate
This programme is intended exclusively for end customers and licensed applicators who purchase and use Zectora products. Dealers, distributors, retailers, stockists, and their employees are not permitted to collect or redeem QR codes for personal benefit unless specifically authorised in writing by Zectora.
QR code validity
Each QR code is valid for 13 months (one year and one month) from the Date of Manufacture (MFD) printed on the product packaging. Codes submitted after the validity period will not be accepted. QR codes must be genuine, printed on authentic Zectora products, and must not have been previously redeemed. Each code contains a cryptographic signature verified at redemption. Attempts to forge, duplicate, or tamper with QR codes will result in immediate account suspension.
Verification
All redemption requests are subject to verification. Zectora may request supporting documents — including product packaging images or proof of purchase — before credits are confirmed. Zectora reserves the right to reject any redemption request at its sole discretion.
Reward credits
The reward value of each QR code is determined by Zectora and displayed at the time of redemption. Reward values may vary by product. Zectora reserves the right to modify reward values at any time without prior notice. Credits hold no cash value unless withdrawn to your registered bank account as described below.
Withdrawals
You may withdraw earned credits to your registered bank account or UPI ID once your balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold. The reward credited to your wallet is the full face value of the QR code; a processing fee is deducted at the time of withdrawal as described below. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Zectora is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment service provider.
Processing fee
A processing fee is deducted from each withdrawal to cover payment-gateway and transaction costs. The amount you receive equals the withdrawal amount minus this fee. The exact fee and the net amount payable are shown to you before you confirm each withdrawal. If a withdrawal fails or is reversed, the full amount (without any fee) is credited back to your wallet. Zectora may revise the processing-fee rate at any time; the rate in effect at the moment of withdrawal applies.
Expiry
Reward credits that remain unused for 12 consecutive months from the date of credit may expire at Zectora's discretion. We will notify you before credits expire.
Technical limitations
Zectora shall not be responsible for redemption failures caused by internet connectivity issues, server downtime, system errors, or technical problems beyond our reasonable control.
Programme changes
Zectora may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards programme at any time. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice and allow pending withdrawals to be processed.
Your Account
Registration
To use Zectora Rewards, you must register with a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One account per person
Each person may hold only one Zectora Rewards account. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional rewards is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. In particular, your bank account details must be valid and registered in your name to receive withdrawals.
Account termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Zectora may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused the Rewards programme.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not
• Forge, duplicate, copy, or tamper with Zectora product QR codes • Redeem QR codes in bulk or on behalf of dealers, distributors, or third parties • Create multiple accounts or use another person's account • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our services • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information • Resell or transfer reward credits to third parties
Anti-bulk redemption
Zectora may limit the number of QR codes redeemed by a single user, mobile number, bank account, IP address, or device. Unusual or suspicious redemption patterns will be investigated and may result in account suspension pending review.
Consequences
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of all accumulated credits, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
Zectora's content
All content on the Zectora website — including text, images, logos, product names, and software — is the property of Zectora Industrial Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limited licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Disclaimers
Service availability
We aim to keep our services available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance or updates without prior notice.
Product information
Product descriptions, specifications, and technical data sheets on our website are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to the packaging and official TDS (Technical Data Sheet) before use. Zectora is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content alone.
"As is" basis
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zectora Industrial Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or reward credits.
Cap on liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total value of rewards credited to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) with respect to personal data. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
