QR code and rewards data
When you scan a Zectora product QR code, we record the code identifier, the time of the scan, and your account details to credit rewards. This data is necessary to operate the Zectora Rewards programme.

We use your mobile number and bank account details to verify your identity, process reward credits, and facilitate withdrawals. Without this, we cannot provide the service.
